  • Hotel má dobrú polohu. A samozrejme dobré pivo :)

  • Mali sme veľmi, veľmi nepohodlné vankúše (polštář). Zvuky z vedľajších izieb bolo počuť až tak, že som si chvíľami myslela, že mám niekoho v mojej izbe. A chrápání vo vedľajšej izbe bolo neznesiteľné. Od r. 2013 pravidelne raz ročne máme u Vás prenajaté izby a tento pobyt bol asi najhorší :(

  • Stylový hotel na úrovni. Konečně někdo, kdo si všiml, že město Ústí nad Labem má bohatou historii, a dokáže s ní pracovat. Bydlení velmi pohodlné. Ocenila jsem bytelný a kvalitní nábytek a kvalitní okna, kterými nepronikl žádný hluk. Obecně byl pokoj velmi tichý.

  • Ocenila bych nějakou tu poličku a více než jeden háček v koupelně. Ventilátor v koupelně se zapínal automaticky při vstupu do pokoje a jen zbytečně velmi dlouhou dobu. Ale to jsou drobnosti.

  • Ochota personálu.

  • Postel, která neskutečně vrzala a k tomu měkká matrace. S tím spojené vysoké čelo postele u okna, takže horko těžko se dalo okno otevřít.
